Obligations of the Buyer
The Buyer must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Obligations of the Seller
The main obligation of the Seller is the delivery of the products requested by the Buyer through their online order that have been accepted by the Seller through email confirmation, taking into account the conditions established below:
All orders are subject to the availability of the products ordered. If the product selected by you is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and the payment made will be refunded through the same payment method that you have used.
Unless there are unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control, we will send you the products we have listed in each order confirmation within seven (7) business days. In no case will we exceed the maximum legal period of thirty (30) days from the date of confirmation of your order.
If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid.
It will be understood that the delivery of the order has occurred at the moment in which the Buyer, or a third party on his/her behalf, acquires material possession of the products, which will be accredited by signing the receipt of the order in the agreed delivery address.
The GRAPA will not be responsible for any non-compliance or delay in the fulfillment of any of its obligations when the same is due to events that are beyond its reasonable control.
Taxes and customs duties
Regarding taxes at origin that are levied on this purchase, the Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied, in the percentage that is in force at any time, to all shipments to countries of the European Union, with the exception of the territories of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The rest of the countries and territories are exempt from paying this tax.
Regarding taxes at destination, the duties, taxes and any charge associated with the clearance of the merchandise through customs are borne by the recipient of the product in accordance with the legal provisions in force in each country, who must pay the amount in cash upon receipt of the shipment. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their total amount, so we recommend that you contact customs for more information.
Price and shipping costs
The price of our art products, including applicable VAT, as well as shipping costs, will appear on the screen during placing the order before you must confirm it and will correspond to the country that you have selected as the destination of the merchandise. If you change the destination country, prices and shipping costs may be modified.
At any time The GRAPA may modify the price of the products and shipping costs, without prior notice, although the GRAPA will always apply the price in force at the time of receipt of your purchase order.
You expressly authorize us to issue your invoice either electronically or on paper. If you have any preference in this regard, as well as if you want to exercise your right to receive it in paper, you must tell us by contacting us via email info@thegrapa.com.
Payment method
For purchases made through this website, payment is accepted by credit or debit card and also through Paypal.
The card data that the Buyer enters in the purchase form will be transmitted via secure connection directly to the bank, so the Seller will not have access to these data.
The price of the products ordered is charged and must be paid in euros.
By authorizing the payment you are confirming that you are the legitimate holder of the bank card. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit or debit card details will be encrypted. Credit or debit cards will be subject to verification and authorization by their issuing entity. If said entity does not authorize payment, we will not be able to formalize any contract with you or sell our product.
Notification of shipment, deadline and place of delivery
The departure of shipments will be notified by email to the Buyer. The product will be delivered to the address indicated when placing the order. Due to the shipping methods of our product, we cannot accept PO Box shipping addresses.
After notification of shipment, you will receive the merchandise within the period indicated.
The risks of the products will be borne by the Buyer from the moment of delivery. The Buyer will acquire ownership of the products when the Seller receives payment of the price (and any other amounts due, including shipping costs), or at the time of delivery if this occurs at a later time.
